The following outline provides a comprehensive discription of the terms of use for our platform.
We guarantee that each order is to be processed within 1-10 business days after the order is placed or the order will be refunded.
Guest accounts are made available on our mobile platforms to provide a way to anonymously move through the platform. These guest accounts are not eligible for participation in any discount program or for enrollment in email or push notification programs.
Guest accounts are valid for 30 days after creation. They will be deleted from our system 30 days after they are created without extension.
At this time, our lab does not offer a return policy. All sales are final once the request has been confirmed.
Consumers are responsible for their actions, behaviors, and conduct on the site.
It is the responsibility of the consumer to keep up to date on the terms of service. We do not offer notification of changes to the terms of service for our platform.
You, the consumer, are responsible for familiarizing yourself with our Privacy Policy. By using our site, you agree to it's outline and processes. If you do not agree with it's processes, do not use this site.
Consumers are responsible for remaining compliant with the return policy and monetary/orders policy.
We partner with Stripe to provide payment services, and consumers must also agree with their terms and conditions found here
Shipping is available through the site via USPS.
Made to order requests will take longer to process. 'Made to order' is defined as a scenario in which our lab does not have quantity on hand to fulfill the request. Each item will be marked as 'Made to Order' in the cart.
In stock requests typically ship within 1-2 business days. Made to order items typically ship between 4-10 business days (depending on the order). Although we may perform partial allocations, we do not ship in multiple parcels. Each order will arrive in one shipment.
If shipping costs less than the provided amount, we will refund the customer the difference should that difference exceed $2. Depending on time frame, we may try to get the fastest shipping package available so that the customers order is fulfilled as quickly as possible. Our lab will not charge the customer extra should the deficit exceed $2; however, the lab reserves the right to cancel and refund that order should the shipping costs exceed the provided amount plus two dollars or more.
Hand delivery options are only available for customers in Eufaula Alabama, Dothan Alabama, Abbeville Alabama, Enterprise Alabama, Daleville Alabama, and Ozark Alabama. Other cities may not be eligible for hand delivery.
Emails programs via our automated system are made available to customers by request. (Via the customers account page)
When an email program is selected in the customers account page, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure their preferences are up to date. Our emailing system will not be responsible for missed emails due to account settings being turned off.
Turning on the email program subscription does not trigger historical emails to send. By turning off an email category the customer explicitly chooses to ignore emails that would be sent if the customer was enrolled in the program.
Receipts and Order updates are enabled by default but can be opted out of. By opting out of this program, the customer chooses not to receive email receipts from Chuganation's 3D lab. Receipts will not be sent manually by our staff to the customer when this setting is disabled unless explicitly requested by the customer in an email to our lab.
An itemized and detailed email receipt (with pricing and payment information) is available upon request and is not disclosed automatically by our lab.
Book value is the total value before discounts or tax and shipping are applied. Each order total will be different. Use the cart value as an estimate.
All orders have a minimum amount of $5 after all discounts and promotional codes are applied. Shipping is not included in this minimum order amount by default.
Regarding damages, you the consumer are responsible for damages to products once received except if the products were damaged in shipping.
Consumers are responsible for covering the shipping costs except when the company pays shipping on the consumers behalf. By default, consumers will pay for shipping costs. Our lab can host sales and/or other events that cover the shipping on behalf of the customer as a courtesy.
Consumers are eligible for refunds can be issued if the product is not shipped within 25 days. The company would not be responsible for fulfilling your order if the refund is issued.
Once processed, refunds are not available for these orders.
Our lab will not begin processing an order until payment is linked to that order. If payments are not linked to an order, our lab may begin preparations by acquiring material; however, it is not responsible for the fulfillment or processing of the order until payments are linked to that order.
Orders should be limited to 5 items per order. If a purchase includes more than a quantity of 5 for a given item, that order may be refunded (or partially refunded) and that part of the order not processed. It must be notated by Chuganation's 3D lab in the order notes as to why an order was parially refunded and partially fulfilled.
If an order has been deemed as unprocessable within the next 10 days, the lab may refund this order in full and in doing so waives responsibility of fulfilling that order once the refund has processed.
In summary, when full refunds are provided to the customer regarding an order for any reason, the lab is no longer responsible for fulfilling or processing that order. This includes refunds that are initiated by the customer.
Our lab can change or modify prices on it's products at any time without notice to the consumers. Our lab is not responsible for compensation to the consumers for differences in prices once payment is received for an order.
Our lab can share coupon codes/promotional codes for sales on any platform and does not have an obligation to notify customers.
